Job description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime (as needed): Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

The Assembler is responsible for the accurate assembly and testing of products, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble components for all product lines using appropriate tools, fixtures, and procedures.

Perform functional testing of assembled products to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Identify and troubleshoot issues during assembly and testing; implement effective solutions.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Identify parts and components accurately; utilize hand tools and rework techniques as necessary.

Operate equipment to specified tolerances and dimensions for mechanical parts and assemblies.

Accurately document labor and production transactions in the system.

Apply the principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to support continuous improvement efforts.
