Job description

Hiring for Assemblers and Machine Operators in New London, NC Pay Rate: $17.00/hour + Production Bonuses Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday) We are looking for hardworking, reliable candidates to join our manufacturing team in New London, NC.

As an Assembler / or Machine Operator, you will work in a fast-paced environment building quality lumber products using hand tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly: Measure, cut, and assemble lumber components using pneumatic tools (nail guns, staplers) and manual tools.
• Equipment Operation: Safely set up and operate saws, packaging tools, and production machinery.
• Material Handling: Move, stack, and secure raw lumber and finished wooden products.
• Quality & Safety: Inspect finished materials to ensure high quality and strictly follow plant safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Comfortably lift 50+ lbs and stand/move continuously throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Basic math and tape measure reading skills.
• Strong team attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.
