Wabash is seeking an Assembler for our Moreno Valley, CA facility. You will perform varied assembly tasks, operate tools, and follow blueprints to build subassemblies and fit components. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork on a fast-paced production floor.
We offer a Monday–Friday first shift from 6:00am to 2:40pm with pay range $20.50–$24.00 per hour, and benefits including PTO, holidays, health coverage, and 401k with match.

Position Description:
Assemblers perform various tasks here a Wabash that vary from location to location. We have Assemblers that are responsible for anything from installing and assembling subassemblies and component parts to operating rivet punchers to installing decals and much more in between.

Knowledge, Training, Skills and/or Experience:
Experience and education are great to come into this position with. However, it’s not required, here at Wabash, we give you the training to become comfortable in any Assembler position. Upon receiving an offer letter from us, you’ll undergo orientation and several days of training, preparing you for the production floor.

An employee in this position works in an environment in which safety, environmental, and health concerns may demand constant attention. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibrations. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites such as the noise level in the work environment can be very loud with high temperatures at times.
All employees on the production floor must wear the necessary personal production equipment (PPE). Physical Demands:
As an Assembler, you are regularly required to stand, walk, lean, push, climb, sit, bend, kneel, stoop, handle and operate tools or controls for the length of their entire shift. The employee needs full range of motion in their arms and hands in this position. All Assemblers must be able to successfully communicate with fellow employees as well. Some Assemblers also work in small spaces throughout their shift and frequently lift and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus, along with good hand-eye coordination.
