ResourceMFG is hiring assemblers in Monroe City, MO area. Competitive shifts include 1st, 2nd, and weekend schedules with weekly pay and benefits. The role involves electrical and mechanical assembly, wiring heating elements, and following wiring specifications.

Lays out diagrams, drills/taps holes, attaches breakers and connectors, and performs testing and adjustments as needed. The position requires standing 10+ hours daily, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly, wiring heating elements.
• Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and specifications.
• Good hand-eye coordination and steady manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components as per drawings.
• Lay out diagrams for electrical installations according to wiring specs.
• Drill and tap holes for mounting control units and attach components.
• Install and wire thermostats and related options.
• Test and adjust electrical components; report issues to supervision.

Hiring Immediately for assemblers in Monroe City, MO area!

Shifts available:

• 1st shift – 5am – 3:30pm Monday through Thursday
• 2nd shift – 3:30pm – 2am Monday through Thursday
• Weekend shift – 5am to 5:30pm Friday – Sunday

$17+ an hour based on shift, experience and interview

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Electrical and or mechanical assembly – wiring heating elements.
• Lays out diagram for electrical installations according to wiring specifications Drills and taps holes in specified locations for mounting control units.
• Attaches breakers, relays, connectors, bus bars, transformers, and insulators.
• Hydro test per specification .Paints product as necessary.
• Installs and wires Thermostats and other options.
• Fabricates bussing, and solders connections. Tests and adjusts electrical components.
• Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervision or engineering to clarify assembly problems.
• Lays out diagram for electrical installations according to wiring specifications.
• Drills and taps holes in specified locations for mounting control units.
• Attaches breakers, relays, connectors, bus bars, transformers, and insulators.
• Paints product as necessary. Installs and wires Thermostats and other options.
• Tests and adjusts electrical components. Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervision or engineering to clarify assembly problems.
