Condux International Inc. in Mankato, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to interpret blueprints and install products per drawings and work instructions on first and second shifts.

Reports To: Manufacturing Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Work Schedule: 1st shift - Monday-Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
2nd shift - Monday - Thursday: 3:00p.m. - 1:00a.m.
Overtime: Occasional approved overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production demands

Safety Equipment
Steel-toed safety shoes and approved eye protection with side shields are required when working in production areas. Hearing protection is required in posted areas in accordance with safety signage and company policy. Additional personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required based on the specific position, task, or work environment.
