Job summary

Acara Solutions in Londonderry, NH is seeking an Assembler to support hands-on assembly activities in a structured production environment. You’ll work with technical specifications to complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing with accuracy.

This temp-to-perm role offers growth within a global workforce solutions leader and requires high school diploma and 1+ years reading and following instructions.

• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly using skilled hand tools and automated production equipment.
• Follow technical drawings, specifications, and established procedures to complete wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining tolerances and blueprint specifications.
• Inspect work, identify issues, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily production goals.

Employment: Temp to Perm (12 months)

Industry: Aerospace and Defense

Compensation: $21-22.00 plus 10% shift differential/hr.

Schedule: 4x10 - 2nd shift
