Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) client in Indianapolis is seeking an Assembler to join the Manufacturing Department. You will perform general labor, operate equipment, and support remanufacturing of mechatronic products on a day-to-day basis in a fast-paced plant environment.

Positions are available on 1st shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm) or 2nd shift (3:30 pm–midnight) with pay ranges of $18.00 and $18.50 per hour. Candidates should have hands-on manufacturing experience and be comfortable working physically

• Manufacturing experience with hands-on assembly or remanufacturing processes.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment and follow written instructions.
• Remanufacturing process: disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, hoists, and hydraulic presses safely.
• Conduct visual inspections against drawings and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace supporting quality and safety standards.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Indianapolis team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Indianapolis, IN - Park 100

Pay Range: 1st shift $18 and 2nd shift $18.50

Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm or 2nd shift 3:30pm - midnight

What's the Job?

• Perform general labor tasks assigned by the line supervisor, including running equipment and following written instructions.
• Participate in the remanufacturing process of mechatronic products through disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, hoists, and hydraulic presses safely and effectively.
• Conduct visual inspections of materials before and after assembly to ensure conformance to drawings and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, supporting quality and safety standards.
