Job summary

Employbridge's client in Madison is seeking full-time assemblers to join the production team. The schedule is 1st shift: 6:30am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday and 6:00am-12:00pm Friday.

Compensation is $17.50/hour with time-and-a-half for hours over 40 per week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement from day one, plus referral bonuses and opportunities for long-term employment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills required, normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Basic knowledge of operating equipment and machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery and/or computers.
• Responsible for quality control
• Make adjustments, as necessary, to product within specifications.
• Reject product outside of specifications.
