Job summary

PSG is seeking an assembler in Grand Terrace, CA to complete pump builds from kitting to final boxing, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. You will read work orders, follow standard work, and assemble finish goods while adhering to safety rules.

Experience with air and hand tools is helpful; mechanical aptitude and the ability to work standing for extended periods are required. Overtime may be needed as production demands rise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior product assembly experience required.
• Experience with air and hand tools is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Flexible and/or extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all router steps on the work order to complete a pump build including kitting, sub-assembly, and boxing.
• Follow standard work in the production cell to meet design specs and quality procedures.
• Perform TPM on department tools and equipment.
• Perform hydro-test on required work orders and capture certificates.
• Maintain inventory accuracies in Oracle by proper transactions.
• Work overtime as required; support continuous improvement initiatives.
