Hunter Douglas, Dallas, is seeking a Production Associate to assemble outdoor shading products, including motorized shades and awnings, in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse. You will read job orders, measure parts with accuracy, and use power tools to complete tasks.

The role requires lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly, strong teamwork, safety awareness, and reliability. Overtime may be required; basic English and math skills help.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly through an 8+ hour shift.
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to read and understand basic English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in using power tools and measuring tools to assemble products accurately.

This role involves using power tools, reading job orders, and accurately measuring components to ensure quality and precision. The position requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly, work effectively in a team, and follow safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and physical stamina are essential for success in this role.
