Westerman, Inc in Catoosa, OK is seeking an Assembler to assemble piping, valves, gauges, reliefs, burners and related equipment on pressure vessels and skids.

The role requires a self-motivated individual who can read blueprints, use measuring tools, and follow lean manufacturing policies while maintaining safety.

You will work Monday–Friday on a day shift with on-site facilities and benefits including 401(k) matching and health coverage.

Competenze

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months+ heavy assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must be able to safely use Crane and Forklift (certified).
  • Intermediate math skills and ability to read a tape measure required.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly blueprints and bill of materials.

Mansioni

  • Assemble piping, valves, gauges, reliefs, and burners on pressure vessels and skids.
  • Inspect all connections for proper sealing and detect defects.
  • Prepare and secure parts for hydrostatic testing per requirements.
  • Assist in loading shipments and maintain safety and quality standards.

Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide.SUMMARY The Assembler role is responsible for assembly of all piping, valves, gauges, reliefs, burners, and other associated equipment on pressure vessels and skids. A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met.RESPONSIBILITIES: Regular and punctual attendance at work is an essential job function of each position and is necessary to your individual effectiveness and that of your work group.
