Responsibilities

  • Assemble agricultural drones at a designated cellular assembly station.
  • Follow SOPs and quality standards to ensure product accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
  • Perform regular inventory checks using established checklists to ensure parts and components are properly stocked and accounted for.
  • Identify and report any missing, damaged, or defective parts or components to a supervisor.
  • Adhere to all company safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
  • Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report any assembly issues, discrepancies, or quality concerns to the appropriate team lead or supervisor in a timely manner.

1. About Agri Spray Drones

Agri Spray Drones, LLC is a fast-growing startup at the forefront of agricultural technology, designing and assembling precision spray drones that empower rural America with new opportunities. We are building our manufacturing operation from the ground up and are looking for a driven assembler to join our team, and be a part of our mission to Empower Rural America.

2. Position Overview

The Assembler is responsible for building agricultural drones at a cellular assembly station in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. The Assembler ensures each unit is built accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role plays a critical part in our production process and the overall quality of our product. The pay scale is based on prior experience and a tier system that is built to help you grow and advance in your career. The schedule of this position is 4, 10 hour shifts weekly.

3. Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble agricultural drones at a designated cellular assembly station in accordance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Follow all steps of the assembly process accurately and consistently to meet production targets.
  • Maintain accountability for all tools, equipment, and parts assigned to the workstation
  • Perform regular inventory checks using established checklists to ensure parts and components are properly stocked and accounted for.
  • Identify and report any missing, damaged, or defective parts or components to a supervisor.
  • Adhere to all company safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
  • Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards.

4. Qualifications

Required:

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment
  • Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly equipment
  • Experience following SOPs or standardized work instructions
5. Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.
6. Training

No prior drone or aerospace experience is required — we will equip you with everything you need to succeed in this role.
