MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, is seeking an Assembler to perform assembly and inspection of parts. The role requires considerable experience in assembly techniques and the ability to use various tools effectively.
The ideal candidate must be qualified to assemble at every station, complete a basic blueprint reading class, and meet safety and quality standards. A commitment to personal accountability and effective communication is essential.
Plan assembling; assign, instruct and check work of Assemblers of lower classification and helpers. Check and test sub-assemblies and units. Work from assembly drawings and specifications. Proceed with minimum supervision. Requires a high degree of skill and assembling technique, plus considerable experience and a knowledge of assembly
