Qualifications

• Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to adjust equipment to improve line efficiency.
• Ability to work well with others or independently and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong hand/eye coordination, dexterity and motor skills.
• Experience or training as a forklift operator and basic clerical skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make minor adjustments to equipment to optimize line efficiency.
• Address equipment problems quickly to minimize downtime.
• Identify bottlenecks on the line and take corrective action.
• Maintain safety, quality and cleanliness standards in the area.
