Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Activity Security Representative (ASR) I to provide multi-disciplinary security support for a customer’s facility and organization. The role includes day-to-day handling of Classified materials, SCI and SAP activities, with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and access control.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in security operations.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• SFPC/SPSC certifications count toward experience.
• SPED certifications have capped experience.
• Bachelor's degree counts toward four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Classifications reviews inbound/outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and logs.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts.
• Destroy classified materials as required.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Provide reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control.
• Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact lists.
• Prepare facility visitor notices and logs.
• Assist with facility access badge preparation.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain access control systems and visitor control.
• Enter data into Personnel Access Security System.
• Maintain personnel security files for supported personnel.
• Follow customer SOPs and security policies.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
