Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to meeting store goals for retail and services.
• Support mentor stylist in achieving sales and productivity targets for hair services and products.
• After month three, perform hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Demonstrate products to guests to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Assist with in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to elevate the guest experience.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and compliance with company procedures.
