Islands to Salt Lake LLC in Salt Lake City, UT, doing business as Domino's, is seeking ambitious individuals to grow into store managers. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service while driving sales and maintaining high standards.

Previous leadership or Domino's experience is a plus, and training is provided. We offer weekly pay, overtime, benefits after probation, and a path from Assistant Manager to Franchisee.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Great positive attitude and high energy.
• Ability to lead and multitask.
• Prior experience in Domino's OR leading people is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Residing in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and enforce policy.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members.
• Ensure safety, customer service and sales targets.
• May assist at other locations nearby as needed.
• Schedule management and overtime oversight.
