You will train staff, control costs, and ensure quality and efficiency in every shift. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and manage payments while upholding Domino's grooming standards and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming storefront.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people during a shift.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 staff during each shift and oversee store operations.
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle phone inquiries with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Prepare products to recipe and portion standards.
• Deliver products by vehicle and maintain safety on delivery.
• Keep the restaurant clean from front to back.
• Adhere to Domino's grooming standards.
