Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; teaching certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, provide individualized attention.
• Use assessment data to modify short- and long-term plans to boost academic performance.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans.
• Collaborate with team members to foster critical thinking and academic rigor.
• Apply behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Implement de-escalation techniques and safety protocols as needed.
• Track student growth and maintain required forms and files.
• Participate in daily functions, conferences, meetings, and training.
