Central Rock Gym is looking for an Apprentice Route Setter to assist with setting, stripping, and maintaining climbing routes. This hands-on apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational skills in a vibrant climbing community.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with early morning and afternoon availability.
• 2+ years of climbing experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights of 40+ feet and on ropes, ladders, and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting, stripping, cleaning, and organizing holds.
• Follow the explicit direction of the Head Setter.
• Forerun and set routes up to 5.12 and boulders up to V6+.
