Job summary

You will ensure staffing is right for shifts, manage daily operations, and uphold company policies while complying with laws and ethics.

You will lead, interview, train and develop all subordinate employees with GM/DM support, ensuring crew readiness and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manages labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Performs monthly review of budget and P&L with GM/DM support.
• Promotes customer satisfaction to build sales.
• Monitors crew prep, production, and procedures; controls costs.
• Tracks waste levels and enforces standard procedures.
• Communicates issues in sales and profit to GM/DM and assists in executing the sales and profits plan.
• Monitors food costs to minimize waste and theft.
• Trains crew on new products and customer service standards.
• Trains and develops crew, including initial training and ongoing development.
• Follows flowcharts to ensure prep and production goals are met and maintains inventory controls.
