Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role includes following treatment plans, documenting services, and coordinating with a Client Advocate and supervisor.

Ideal candidates will have 18+ years old, a HS Diploma/GED, at least 1 year working with children, and the ability to travel with Powerback’s Support for new grads and ongoing mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics. Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism under supervision.
• Follow behavior treatment plan and supervising clinician guidance.
• Ensure billing and documentation accurately support services rendered.
• Update availability in the EMR platform and communicate changes with Client Advocate.
• Communicate regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor about assigned clients.
• Adhere to BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
