Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Rock Creek, Ohio. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans under supervision.

Training is provided for those new to the field. We value patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with Autism achieve independence and behavioral goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
