Job summary

Team Rehab in Michigan is seeking a patient-focused aide to support therapists in outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. This entry-level role welcomes applicants with strong communication and a caring attitude.

You will help welcome patients, assist with non-clinical tasks, guide light exercises, and ensure safe use of equipment. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work culture in Roseville, MI.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
