Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee project sharing management and ensure accuracy, safety, and profitability of assigned projects.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects, and a clean driving record. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience and be eligible to work in the United States. A pre-employment drug screen and background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience
• Previous supervisory/managerial experience
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check

• Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project
• The ability to manage multiple projects to completion
• The ability to function effectively in a high-stress situation
• The ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed
