Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbing technicians on job sites by gathering tools, delivering parts, and supporting daily service operations.
• Work in the warehouse to learn plumbing parts, tools, equipment, inventory, and company procedures.
• Participate in hands-on training, online technical courses, and ride-along with licensed plumbing technicians.
• Learn the fundamentals of residential plumbing, including tools, materials, equipment, and service procedures.
• Support technicians in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and collaborate with team members to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Cross-train on the dispatch desk and other operational functions as needed.
• Take initiative, ask questions, and actively develop new skills through training and on-the-job experience.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to learning and growing within the plumbing trade.
