• Provides patient personal care/hygiene and comfort within delegated tasks.
• Performs, monitors, reports and documents clinical activities within tasks.
• Assists with admission, discharge and transfer of patients.
• Provides patient information to nursing staff for care planning.
• Maintains organized work environment; stocks supplies and reports issues.
• Participates in quality improvement and ongoing education.
