Sidecar Doughnuts & Coffee is seeking a proactive Manager-In-Training to drive daily operations, develop leaders, and elevate guest experiences. You’ll train across multiple stations and locations, with staged stages over seven weeks, and may travel until assigned to a single site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction across multiple stations.
• Identify, interview, and hire team members from the applicant pool.
• Inspire, train, and mentor the team to exceed performance and service expectations.
• Oversee product execution and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
