Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience, preferably as a Class A Golf Professional.
• Independent worker with an outgoing, team-oriented personality.
• Proficient in Club Essential, ForeTees, TrackMan, Operation 36, Golf Genius.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the club’s junior golf program.
• Organize and run all tournament operations for Men’s, Women’s, Juniors, Couples, and Member/Guest events.
• Buy, manage, and evaluate merchandise with $1M in shop sales.
• Assist with inventories to keep shrinkage under 1%.
• Develop teaching clientele and lead instructional clinics.
• Assist members with club fitting and teaching clinics.
• Organize golf games with members and pursue Section Championships.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Club, PGA, and golf in the community.
