Qualifications

• High school level coaching experience preferred.
• Colorado teaching certificate or CHSAA certification, or the ability to obtain one or the other.
• Minimum Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of Girls Basketball techniques, strategies, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the Girls Basketball program, including practice planning, game strategy, and player development.
• Provide direct instruction and coaching to student-athletes in specific position groups or skill areas as assigned by the Head Coach.
• Help create and maintain a positive, disciplined team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
• Attend required coaches' meetings and professional development sessions; adhere to district policies and CHSAA rules; communicate effectively with players, parents, and administration.

Education

Colorado teaching certificate or CHSAA certification, or the ability to obtain one or the other
