Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is offering an Internship as Financial Advisor in Training. You’ll make outbound calls to clients while preparing for FINRA licenses and shadowing client meetings.

You’ll develop a personal development plan with your leader, and participate in corporate internship learnings with our client experience teams. In-office collaboration with four days onsite and one day remote each week.

Qualifications

• Current junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, open to all majors
• Interest in Personal Finance, Financial Wellness, Financial Planning or related fields
• Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with current clients via the telephone
• Schedule client appointments for our financial advising teams
• Engage in ongoing personal development through classes, trainings, and community activities
• Study to obtain FINRA SIE licensing
• Participation in Ameriprise Financial corporate internship learnings and development opportunities
• Work closely with our client experience teams
