Job summary

Cobb County School District is seeking an ASP Student Apprentice at Mountain View Elementary School in Marietta, GA. Open to a current high school student aged 16 or older. Starting date: August 3, 2026. Reports to the ASP Director and supports ASP staff and instructors as needed.

Salary follows the ASP Salary Schedule. Requirements include CPR and First Aid certification; no prior experience is required. Must have good written and verbal communication and the ability to follow directions.

Qualifications

• Educational level: High School student, 16+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• No prior experience needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally; follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Assists ASP staff with students.
• Follows daily schedule as directed by the ASP Director.
• Keeps site safety procedures and guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by administrator.
