Job summary

Aspen Dental in Aspen seeks an entry-level Dental Assistant with no prior experience. You will receive paid training through DANB and a clear path to CDA certification while supporting patient care.

You’ll assist during treatments, prepare the operatory, manage infection control, assist with charting, and collaborate with the dental team. Flexible scheduling and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other dental team members to provide excellent patient care.
