Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinicians, assist during procedures, and help maintain infection control in a busy practice.

You’ll have paid training to become radiology and safety certified, plus a pathway to a DANB Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are available across our locations, including paid time off, health/vision insurance, and a 401(k) savings plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
