Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; teaching certificate desirable.
• CPR certification desirable; required for athletic activities per WCSD policy.

Responsibilities

• Develops rapport with students and provides sound leadership; responsible for sport-specific sound leadership and sportsmanship.
• Maintains cooperation with Principal/AD and communicates program status, trips, games, etc.
• Develops a system for accountability, upkeep and protection of equipment.
• Develops good public relations in the school and community.
• Attends contests and practice sessions.
• Completes reports evaluating the activity and recommends improvements.
