• Assists in checking eligibility criteria with patients’ medical records and verifies information with clinical research staff.
• Learns informed consent process and assists in patient discussions and scheduling.
• Learns protocol requirements and monitors adherence by physicians, nurses and patients.
• Learns data extraction from hospital records and enters data into the required systems.
