Job summary

Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers in Minnesota is seeking an Apprentice Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, perform inspections, tire services, and general maintenance under supervision. You will work with a team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced shop.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of automotive experience or a post-secondary automotive program, knowledge of tire installation and wheel balancing, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience or 2–4 years of hands-on training.
• 1+ year experience as an alignment technician or completion of a postsecondary program in automotive tech.
• Extensive knowledge of tire installation, wheel balancing and diagnosing ride disturbances.
• Growing knowledge of steering, suspension and general vehicle maintenance.
• Proficient in standard automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities
