• Monitor safety and risk controls; train and supervise the safety team.
• Oversee claims and receiving operations; ensure proper procedures and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and drive process improvements.
• Drive store profitability by managing budgets, inventory flow, and shrink reduction.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly associates; provide feedback and growth opportunities.
