Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision and maintain accurate data recording to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Must commit to at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
