Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator (HMAC) for our North Texas asphalt projects. This role ensures safe, efficient operation of a self-propelled roller, performing routine maintenance and adjustments as needed.

You will support the paving crew, participate in daily safety meetings, and adapt hours to project needs, including days, nights, and weekends. Applicants must have 1+ year of asphalt equipment experience and a strong commitment to jobsite safety.

Overview

Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking experienced Asphalt Roller Operators HMAC for our North Texas Asphalt projects. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.

The Asphalt Roller Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the roller. This position operates a self-propelled machine with either steel wheels or pneumatic tires which is used to compact and smooth all bituminous materials. May oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed. Performs other related duties.
