• 3–12 months operating experience (asphalt/roller) recommended.
• Good awareness of gauges, levers, and safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Check fluids and gauges at startup and monitor levels during operation.
• Operate self-propelled or pull-type rollers to compact asphalt and achieve densities.
• Assist with related tasks such as laying asphalt, dumping trucks, and site prep.
• Maintain equipment safety and report abnormalities to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, keep the work area clean, and assist crew as needed.
