Overview

Buck Brothers Asphalt Paving & Concrete, a 5th-generation family-owned company, is hiring an experienced Prep Crew Foreman. This is a long-term career opportunity with a growing company, not an entry-level role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a small crew in asphalt prep (milling, tear-outs, fine grading, excavation, drainage).
• Operate equipment and work alongside your team.
• Plan ahead, keep equipment maintained, and document projects.
• Ensure quality, safety, and discipline on every job.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior leadership/foreman experience (required).
• Skilled with heavy equipment (Skid Steer, Mini Excavator, Asphalt Mill).
• CDL and asphalt experience are a plus.
• Must have valid/clean driver’s license.

Pay & Benefits

• $60,000 – $90,000 annually (salary or hourly, weekly pay).
