Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in asphalt plant operations.
• Experience operating computerized asphalt plant controls in drum or batch environments.
• Knowledge of asphalt manufacturing processes, plant equipment, and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized controls for drum and batch asphalt plants.
• Monitor and control plant operations to produce asphalt mixtures per established designs and specs.
• Operate the plant safely to protect personnel and materials.
• Maintain production records, inventory records, and material usage reports.
• Assist with ordering materials and coordinating trucks to ensure efficient operations.
