Job summary

Satterfield Construction Co Inc. is seeking a dependable Asphalt Plant Loader Operator to support plant operations. This hands-on role involves material handling, equipment operation, routine maintenance, and quality control tasks at our Augusta, GA site.

The ideal candidate will be safety-minded, able to work outdoors in all weather, and capable of lifting up to 80 lbs. Weekend overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

Satterfield Construction is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Asphalt Plant Loader Operator to join our team. This hands-on position plays a key role in supporting asphalt plant operations through material handling, equipment operation, routine maintenance, and quality control activities.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport aggregates, sand, and asphalt materials.


• Assist with plant operations, including conveyors, mixers, and other production equipment.


• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs.


• Monitor equipment and report operational issues.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
