Job summary

Ardaman & Associates, Inc. in Orlando is seeking an Asphalt Plant Inspector Trainee to join its construction testing team. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training to obtain FDOT CTQP certifications for asphalt plant testing and inspections.

No prior asphalt experience is required. You will work mostly nights at different asphalt plants in Central Florida and may receive a company vehicle. The position includes a benefits package and opportunities to grow within a leading geotechnical

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to move up and down stairs and platforms.

• Must be willing to work days and/or nights (mostly nights), based on project needs.
• Must have an excellent driving record within company standards.
• Must pass company background checks including drug screen.

ASPHALT PLANT INSPECTOR TRAINEE

Are you seeking a fulfilling career in the construction industry? Do you enjoy working independently? Does using spreadsheets to submit test data on-line interest you? Ardaman is seeking an entry-level candidate interested in becoming an Asphalt Plant Technician. We offer comprehensive training and support to obtain the required FDOT CTQP certifications for a successful career in testing and inspections in the highway construction industry. No previous asphalt experience is necessary. Work is typically at night in an air-conditioned environment at various asphalt plants in the Central Florida area. A company vehicle is provided.
