Seeking Asphalt Plant Helper/Operator to work in manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and repairing equipment used to produce asphalt mix, learning to operate various construction equipment safely, maintaining a clean work environment, monitoring equipment for quality, loading trucks, and feeding aggregate materials.
Additional tasks include replacing wear components on plant equipment, welding, cutting, fabricating, and working at elevated heights. Willingness to learn and perform different tasks as needed and to be a team player is essential.
