Position Details: We are seeking an Asphalt Plant Helper/Operator to work in our asphalt manufacturing plants. Under the supervision of the Foreman, you will help operate, maintain, and repair equipment used to produce asphalt mix for paving projects, while learning to operate various related construction equipment safely and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Follow all safety requirements to ensure a safe work environment.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work site through shoveling, sweeping, and skid steer operation.
3. Monitor equipment to ensure a consistent flow of materials for high-quality asphalt production.
4. Load trucks for material distribution using computerized operations.
5. Feed aggregate materials into the asphalt plant.
6. Replace wear components on plant equipment, including cutting, welding, and fabricating.
7. Work on elevated platforms and in confined spaces as needed.
