Lehman-Roberts Company in Batesville/Senatobia, MS is seeking an Asphalt Plant Groundman to support the production and placement of hot mix asphalt. This full-time role emphasizes manual labor, safety, and teamwork in a construction environment.You will dig, move materials, mix and spread asphalt and concrete, and help with site preparation under supervision.
