Job summary

Silver Star Construction in Davis, OK, is hiring an Asphalt Plant Groundman to support maintenance, equipment operation, and daily plant tasks at our asphalt production facility.

You will inspect and service equipment, operate haul trucks, water trucks, skid steers, and lifts, and keep a clean, safe work area while assisting with production needs. This full‑time role requires outdoor work year‑round and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Clean driving history.
• Successful completion of a physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
