Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced leader to supervise asphalt plant operations in Draper, Utah. The role focuses on coordinating plant activities, safety leadership, and daily communication with the crew and customers.

Looking for opportunity to grow? We are willing to train in the technical knowledge of asphalt production! We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:
Coordinate asphalt plant activities.
Communicate daily workload.
Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate and plant start up.
Communicate with customers on daily demands and scheduling.
Complete required daily production logs and time sheets.
Lead crew in our safety culture and help ensure a safe working environment.
Work with the asphalt Superintendent to achieve timely job specific instructions.
Supervise/ coordinate, train, and coach assigned personnel in the completion of jobs and daily work duties.
Coordinate With QC to ensure a quality product daily.
Supervise equipment operators and laborers to ensure that work is being done safely and correctly.
Perform the duties of an equipment operator and laborer when necessary.
Ensure that employees operate and maintain equipment properly. Notify shop of equipment mechanical and safety issues
Ensure job site and equipment are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
Maintain time and material records necessary for completing daily job costing
Perform other duties as assigned.
